Samsung Phone Wallpaper Size Editor
Samsung Galaxy phones use several display resolutions, and the wallpaper picker can add its own crop. Start with the model’s portrait pixels or a screenshot, then protect the subject from One UI elements.

Samsung’s official S25 Ultra specification lists a 3120 × 1440 Quad HD+ main display. Wallpaper files are normally prepared in portrait order, so the editor shows 1440 × 3120.
When the screenshot is better than the table
Galaxy phones can render at a selected screen-resolution setting. A screenshot reflects the phone’s current pixel canvas and is therefore a practical source for custom width and height.
- Take a screenshot on the target phone.
- Open Gallery, choose Details, and note the pixel dimensions.
- Enter those values as a custom portrait size.
- Export, then inspect the result in Samsung’s wallpaper preview.
Compose for One UI
Lock screen
Reserve the upper area for time, date, notifications, and camera cutout. A face placed at the exact top center can be covered even when the pixels are correct.
Home screen
Icons and widgets create more visual competition than physical crop. Use a darker or simpler area behind labels. Keep text out of the bottom dock region.
Multiple pages
If the launcher pans the wallpaper, keep the main subject near the center. A Fill crop with a subject at the extreme edge can disappear during page movement.

Set the downloaded wallpaper
After export, open Samsung Gallery, select the image, choose Set as wallpaper, and inspect both the Lock screen and Home screen previews. One UI labels and available controls vary by version, so treat the web preview as a composition guide rather than a copy of every Samsung interface.
